CLEANING
Professional upholstery cleaning is an art. It requires a skill set and patience. Our technicians are IICRC certified for Upholstery and Fabric Cleaning technician (UFT). We follow the standards for cleaning.

First, we vacuum the fabric with a HEPA vacuum or truckmounted unit.

Then, we identify spots and stains that may require extra treatment and decide what form of upholstery cleaning will be performed. The choices of upholstery cleaning are:
-Steam clean (hot water extraction)
-vapour steam
-dry powder clean
-hand shampoo
-dry shampoo
-dry solvent cleaning

We clean couches, chairs, mattresses, fabric walls, dividers, lampshades, anything with a fabric covering.
*Maximum size for area rug 4x5 ft.
*Leather sofas must be priced differently.
Upholstery Cleaning
We also provide anti- allergen cleaning , pet accident cleaning, deodorizing and disinfecting and upholstery fabric protection such as Scotchgard.
Regardless of the kind of cleaning that is suggested, we will speed dry the fabric so it is ready for service in a short period of time.
Failure to clean your upholstery will result in fabrics that become very difficult or impossible to restore to a like new condition. Be proactive and have furniture that feels good and looks good.
