Fresh and Clean has been independently owned and operated in Toronto since
1988. The owner, James Lee Senter, is an IICRC Approved Instructor for the
following certifications:Carpet Cleaning Technician, Upholstery and Fabric
Cleaning Technician, Water Damage Remediation Technician and health and Safety
Technician. Mr. Senter is also an IICRC Master Textile Cleaner and an
IICRC-certified Senior Carpet Inspector. Mr. Senter performs carpet inspections
and corrections for all the major carpet manufacturers all over Southern
Ontario.
Fresh and Clean offers both dry (low moisture) cleaning and steam cleaning of carpet, upholstery, and area rugs throughout the Greater Toronto Area (GTA), and clean over 5,000 residences and commercial establishments per year.
Fresh and Clean is a proud member firm of: the Flooring Institute of Ontario and are certified by the Institute of Inspection, Cleaning, and Restoration Certification (IICRC), Woolsafe North America and the Wools of New Zealand..
To keep our standing as an IICRC-certified firm, all our technicians must be formally educated in the cleaning and restoration fields, and are held up to a higher standard of professionalism and quality. We provide on going training of our employees to keep them abreast of the latest techniques and products available in the market place.
